Position Summary Under the direction of the school Principal, the person who fills this position is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and implementation of enrichment activities for students in grades TK–6 during the after school and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). This includes development of engaging age-appropriate activities, coordination of student support, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities *Plan and lead developmentally appropriate enrichment activities aligned with school values *Provide daily supervision, training, and support to after school aides and enrichment staff *Ensure proper supervision and safety protocols are maintained at all times *Maintain open and regular communication with families, staff, and school leadership *Coordinate with teachers and school personnel to support academic and social-emotional needs of students *Monitor and document student attendance, behavior, and progress *Prepare materials and request supplies necessary for program operations *Promote and model respectful behavior, positive discipline, and inclusive practices *Communicate any concerns regarding students, families, or staff to the school principal *Maintain accurate program records and comply with district policies and procedures *Participate in professional development and school events as needed *Perform other duties as assigned by school or district administration Education and Experience *High School Diploma or GED required *Coursework or degree in Child Development, Education, or related field preferred *Experience working with school-age children in an educational or enrichment setting required *Supervisory experience strongly preferred *CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain) *DOJ/FBI background clearance required
