Job Summary

Job Summary

This position provides comprehensive support to school districts, students, and families by coordinating resources and services that address academic, social-emotional, and basic needs. The Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for McKinney-Vento Homeless Education services, provide case management for foster youth, work in cooperation with the Foster/Homeless Program, and connect students—regardless of foster/homeless eligibility—to community-based supports and resources. This position will work closely with schools, families, and partner agencies to remove barriers to student success. TCDE pays up to $21,048 per year towards Health & Welfare benefits. We also contribute 2.25% of base salary to a 401a plan.
