JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT: Under the direction of an administrator, to perform highly skilled and responsible secretarial work in the operation of a school site or department which has a broad range of operational and programmatic responsibilities and functions. Relieves the administrator of a wide variety of duties by planning, organizing, supervising, and participating in assigned office operations; assumes some office management responsibilities; collaborates with all levels of staff and guardians; performs related work as required. This position provides support to staff and duties related to Special Education and Pupil Services.
