Job Summary

Job Summary

Lifeline Charter School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Interventionist to join our academic support team. The ideal candidate will provide targeted math instruction to students who require additional support to achieve grade-level proficiency. This role includes afterschool tutoring hours as part of our extended learning program.

Requirements / Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Deliver small-group and one-on-one math interventions for students identified as needing support Use data to design, implement, and monitor intervention plans Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention strategies with core instruction Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families and staff Provide after-school tutoring ( 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM daily) Participate in professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred) Valid teaching credential (preferred) Demonstrated experience in math instruction and intervention strategies Strong understanding of Common Core state math standards and assessment tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to educational equity and the mission of Lifeline Charter School

Preferred Skills: Experience with RTI/MTSS frameworks Familiarity with intervention programs such as i-Ready, ST Math, or similar Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus
