Job Summary

Under the direction of the Superintendent, plans, organizes and manages the operations, practices and procedures of the Human Resources Services (HRS) department, within the division of Business Services, which includes operations, employee new hires, substitute assignments, data reporting, and applied technology.

Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination equivalent to: BA degree; administration in HR or educational institution equivalency; responsible supervisory and management experience; demonstrated expertise in the areas of human resources in educational institutions Bilingualism (English/Spanish) desired
