Position Summary  The Vice Principal of Guidance & Curriculum serves as a key member of the high school’s leadership team, overseeing academic programming, curriculum development, and student guidance. This role ensures that all students receive a Christ-centered, rigorous education that prepares them for college, career, and a life of faith. The Vice Principal partners closely with faculty, staff, and parents to support student success, while upholding the mission and values of the school. Qualifications A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to the mission of Christian education. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (preferred). Experience in academic administration, curriculum development, or student guidance. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. Demonstrated ability to support students’ academic, spiritual, and personal growth. Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with relevant technology applications Desired Qualifications: California state teaching credential or equivalent certification
