Under the supervision and direction of a School Principal or Designee, to assure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office to maximize its positive impact on student education. The incumbents in this classification provide the school community with responsible school administrative assistance, which directly supports student learning.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by course work in business office management. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience involving public contact. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel (Macintosh experience desirable).
