Job Summary
Description: The Secondary School Administrative Assistant is under the supervision of the Secondary Vice Principal Principal and Principal. The coordination of the work is carried out through the Secondary Vice Principal and Principal. General responsibilities include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This includes providing ongoing support to the Principal, Faculty, and Staff, assisting in daily office needs, and carrying on the clerical work of the school, among other delegated responsibilities. Duties may be classified under two headings: The work of the school office and tasks which aid the Principal in non-decision-making management of the school (i.e. communication, record keeping, calendar keeping, getting substitute teachers, planning events, etc.)
