Longterm Substitute Teacher with a Multiple Subject Credential at Covina-Valley Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
The substitute teacher is responsible for designing and providing instructional experiences that will assist students to make optimum progress toward attainment of District goals. Conducts a program of instructional activities designed to enable students to achieve the instructional objectives set forth in the Course of Study as adopted by the Board of Education in assigned areas of instruction. Must possess a Multiple Subject Credential, and be EL authorized.
This is a substitute position. We have a longterm assignment in a Kindergarten class at one of our elementary schools. You need to have a MSC and be EL authorized to be considered. The following must be submitted with the application:
- Certificate Copy (CBEST)
- Copy of Transcript
- Credential Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three, no older than a year, signed and dated)
- Resume
