As a School Nurse with the Trinity County Office of Education, you’ll play a vital role in keeping students healthy, safe, and ready to learn. In this position, you’ll provide direct care, respond to health needs and emergencies, conduct screenings, and develop individualized healthcare plans. You’ll also partner closely with families, educators, and community providers to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Beyond clinical care, you’ll help promote a culture of health and prevention by training staff, supporting compliance with state health requirements, and serving as a trusted resource on student wellness. About the Trinity County Office of Education (TCOE) and our local school districts: The Trinity County Office of Education is located in Weaverville, CA. This far northern California county is a vast, sparsely populated, rural mountainous area covering nearly 3,200 square miles with a population of approximately 15,000 people. Trinity County is home to nine school districts serving 1,600 students from preschool to 12th grade. By providing effective leadership and in collaboration with parents, school staff, and the community.
