We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Associate II, Maintenance & Operations position located at our campus in San Jacinto, CA. Under the general supervision of the assigned administrator or designee, the Administrative Associate II provides a wide variety of administrative and support duties. The Administrative Associate II acts as liaison between the assigned administrator and the reporting departments. This position establishes and maintains positive working relations with students, instructors, staff, and community members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. A high school diploma or GED; AND 2. Four (4) years of professional experience in general clerical work; INCLUDING two (2) years performing professional administrative duties; AND 3. Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty and staff ***Before scanning attachments, remove/redact sensitive, confidential information such as date of birth, social security number, address and photograph*** SUBSTITUTIONS Substitutions for the professional experience requirement are allowed, up to a maximum of two (2) years Professional Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience equates to 48 semester units of college level course work; OR An Associate’s degree

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience: With Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), at an advanced skill level Using spreadsheet and database systems Providing a high quality of service working in a heavy customer service position
