Job Summary
The job of Office Assistant is done for the purpose/s of supporting the educational process by communicating information to staff and the public; providing complete and accurate records; and providing and/or distributing information and/or direction as may be requested. Employees in this job classification perform the functions and related tasks indigenous to the work assignment and/or location in which they serve. Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of general clerical or data entry experience. Relevant experience, education, certificates/licenses may be substituted. APPLICATIONS MUST LIST WORK EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
SELECTION PROCESS: Selection Process - Applications will be screened for completeness and minimum qualifications. - Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a two-part online exam: - Part I: October 24–26, 2025 (notification via e-mail when job posting closes on Oct. 15th) - Part II: October 31–November 2, 2025 (for candidates who pass Part One with a minimum score of 70%). - Exam links will be emailed directly to qualified candidates. - Candidates must earn 70% or higher on both exams to be placed on the eligibility list. - The top three ranks will be referred for interviews, and the list will remain active for one year.
