Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, performs a variety of duties related to the planning, funding, construction, modernization, and maintenance of school facilities. Coordinates and supervises the development of short- and long-range data involved with the planning of school district facilities including enrollment projects, facility needs, financing and construction.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field and five years of experience that includes the areas of construction project management and facilities planning, two years of which must have included supervisory responsibilities. Licenses & Certificates: Valid California driver’s license. Must be insurable and maintain insurability by the District’s insurance carrier(s).
