Job Summary
Head Coach - High School Boys Varsity Soccer Fall Season (beginning November 2025) Job Summary: The Coach will be responsible for coaching and developing the skills of the high school boys soccer team. The coach will be expected to create and implement practice plans, develop game strategies, and provide guidance and support to the team members. The coach will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of the players during practices and games and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement practice plans
Develop game strategies
Provide guidance and support to team members
Ensure safety of players during practices and games
Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and other coaches
Attend all practices and games
Encourage and motivate team members
Qualifications:
2-5 years' experience coaching at the club, middle, high school or college level
CPR/First Aid certification required
NFHS Concussion in Sports Certificate required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and encourage team members
Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
$25/hour ($5,000 for season)
