Schedule This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three (3) days in-office based out of our West Sacramento office and two (2) days working remotely. Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Accounting Specialist, Billing. Reporting to the Director, Accounting, this role is responsible for managing a variety of complex billing functions including membership renewals, professional services, events and software subscriptions while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. In addition to billing, the Senior Accounting Specialist, Billing supports key general ledger functions related to revenue recognition, deferred revenue reconciliations, and revenue accruals. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a strong foundation in accounting and billing operations; perform a variety of other duties as assigned.
