The Equipment Repair Technician I (Mechanical) performs skilled service and repair work on a variety of mechanical equipment and machinery.
Requirements / Qualifications
Working Location: Food and Nutrition Services Department. 6735 Gifford Way, San Diego, CA 92111 (Area C). Work Schedule: 12 months per year / 40 hours per week. Salary: This position is paid on the Operations-Support Services Salary Schedule. Grade 043. Positions 20 hours per week or greater qualify for District-paid health and wellness benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents. Licenses and Other Requirements: Possession of a valid California driver's license. Possession of hand tools common to the trade. Personality and character suitable for working in schools.
