Visions is seeking a Student Services Representative 1 (Bilingual Spanish/English, required) to support the Ordering Services Department. This position performs a wide variety of ordering processing, order review, clerical, office, and technical work by applying existing policies, procedures and guidelines. In addition, applying fundamental business concepts, practices and procedures related to assigned duties and solving routine problems, referring more difficult or complex problems/matters to the higher level. Work may have some moderate variations and difficulty and may be checked for accuracy. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. Visions In Education offers a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes options for 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), retirement (CalPERS), vacation (10 days), sick time and holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season). Classified employees are eligible for educational reimbursement up to $15,000. Some college preferred. - Any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the job. - REQUIRED: Spanish bilingual required and able to translate and interpret in an educational setting (language assessment will be required prior to hire).
