Job Summary: Under the direction of the School Site Administrator, the high school teacher is responsible for the education of assigned students and will create a flexible program and class environment favorable for learning and personal growth. What You Bring: Appropriate California Credentials: Education Specialist - Mild Moderate Support Needs (MMSN) Embedded or added authorization: English Learner Authorization Embedded or added authorization: Autism Authorization (AAAS) Embedded or added authorization: Education Specialist Bridge Authorization Mild to Moderate Documented subject matter competency in math - such as Math authorization, Single Subject Math CSET (subtests I & II), coursework, VPSS, etc. Support Needs (highly preferred) Understanding of general special education assessment concepts and methods
