Coastal Christian School is seeking a full-time Secondary Science Teacher, specifically Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. As a Christian School, CCS is looking for applicants who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, are active in their Christian community, and desire to teach their academic content through a Biblical lens. In addition to possessing expertise and teaching skills in their academic subjects, we want our teachers to demonstrate a strong personal character and Christian testimony.

- Teaches regularly scheduled classes as assigned by the principal.
- Prepares a positive and effective class environment that supports learning.
- Plans and executes appropriate lessons.
- Uses effective and creative instructional strategies.
- Maintains proper student behavior.
- Maintains appropriate records.
- Supervises students both in and out of class and at student activities.
- Be informed as to the academic, social, and spiritual development of each of his/her students.
- Models good Christian behavior.
Requirements / Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or greater from an accredited college or university •State teaching credential and/or ACSI credential is required •Have received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord •Be a member in good standing of an evangelical church •Age 21 or older
