Sometimes it can be challenging to get the experience needed to land that first education job, and this is the perfect way to get your foot in the door while making a real difference for students.

When you step into our classrooms, you become a partner in learning. You’ll work alongside teachers to support instruction, guide small groups, encourage students, and help create an environment where every child feels valued, seen, and supported. No two days are the same—you might be lending a hand with reading practice in the morning, helping with classroom activities in the afternoon, or simply offering a smile that helps a student feel like they belong.

How to Join Our Team

Step 1: Submit your application.
Step 2: Qualified applicants will be invited to a phone interview.
Step 3: Successful interviewees will complete the onboarding packet and background check.

Once the background check is cleared, you’ll be added to our Active Substitute Instructional Aide list, where you can accept or decline assignments that fit your schedule.
