The paraprofessional is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Principal. Paraprofessionals perform a variety of duties, as noted below. This role requires some field work in the neighborhoods we serve in order to meet with our partners, community organizations, and directly with students and families. The physical requirements of this position include regularly carrying or lifting up to 20 pounds, walking, standing, and bending. This position requires the ability to work in all weather conditions. This is an on-site position only; no remote work is permitted. Employees are expected to manage their workload proactively, using working hours efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed on time, minimizing any disruption to workflow due to scheduled days off. Additionally, tasks should be completed well in advance of deadlines to ensure that unexpected absences do not interfere with scheduled deliverables whenever possible. Schedule: Mon, Tue, and Fri schedule is 9:15am to 3:45pm Wednesday schedule is 9:15am to 1:45pm Thursday schedule is 9:15am to 4:45am
