Lewis Flamson Junior High is seeking a Paraeducator - Registered Behavior Technician PCN #250120 Under the direction of the Special Education Director, site administrator, and BCBA, the Paraeducator - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) assists a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of Special Education students; assists in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEP’S); provides routine clerical support. Train others and provide proper interventions to change or replace unwanted behaviors following a behavior intervention plan.
