Job Duties: Instruct students in a bilingual (English/Spanish) primary classroom, using a variety of instructional methods in lessons to help the students meet and exceed grade-level expectations in all academic subject areas. Through lessons, activities, and feedback, develop and enforce norms for appropriate classroom behavior and social interactions amongst students and employ differentiated instruction to assist students at various levels of achievement. Provide written and verbal updates to families about student progress and achievement. Attend job-related meetings and activities. Submit accurate forms, reports, and other required documents. Provide and maintain adequate lesson plans and instructions for substitute teachers. Must be fluent in the Spanish language.
