Job Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY Under the supervision of certified personnel assigned by the Principal or designee, assists instructional personnel in paraprofessional instructional activities, reinforce instruction in academic, artistic and physical skills; to provide assistance in intensified learning experiences for students within specialized subject areas and performs a variety of supportive tasks and follow-up activities; need not perform such duties in the physical presence of the teacher, but the teacher shall retain responsibility for the instruction and supervision of the pupils in his/her charge; and any other duties assigned. May transport students occasionally or serve as vehicle monitor
Requirements / Qualifications
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent • AA Degree or 48 units towards AA Degree, or pass District Competency Test • Valid California’s driver’s license
