Position Overview: As a Program Leader Sub, you'll lead classroom activities, ensure student safety, and deliver dynamic programming across a variety of subjects including: Sports & Fitness STEM & Coding Nutrition & Outdoor Education Creative Arts
Requirements / Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate hands-on, project-based learning experiences Promote a safe and inclusive environment indoors and outdoors Set clear expectations and use positive discipline strategies Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders Collaborate with Site Director and team to plan and execute engaging activities Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development Uphold and model ProYouth’s mission and values in all interactions
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 48 college units OR NCLB Paraprofessional Certification Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth (preferred)
