Job Summary
St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School (Thousand Oaks, CA) is seeking a part-time Athletic Director (5–10 hours/week, mid-August through mid-May) to oversee its elementary and middle school athletics program. The AD serves as liaison with the Tri Valley Christian Athletic League, coordinates registration and scheduling, supports volunteer coaches, manages uniforms, and ensures administrative presence at games. Sports seasons include Fall Co-Ed Flag Football, Winter Boys and Girls Basketball, and Spring Boys and Girls Soccer. This is a stipend position without benefits; annual stipend $5,000. Qualifications: - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience in youth athletics, coaching, or sports administration preferred - Must pass a background check - Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation How to Apply: Send letter of interest and resume (PDF) to Dr. Jayme Johnson, Head of School at teach@stpatricksto.org
