Job Summary

Job Summary

Under supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Department, the students may prepare, assemble, serve meals; and may assist in the cleaning of tables, counters, dishes and serving areas. Responsibilities: - Apportions and assembles food. - Packages individual servings of food by working at tables. - Cleans work areas, tables, and counters. - Assist with washing dishes. - Stocks food and supplies. - Serves food and snacks at school sites. Qualifications: - Maintains regular and reliable attendance. - Has knowledge of proper hygiene, sanitation and safety practices. - The ability to follow and understand oral and written instructions, to comply with the District's customer service standards and state/federal meal guidelines.
