Bella Mente Montessori Academy is seeking passionate, motivated, and caring educators to join our dynamic TK-8 teaching team. We are a small public charter school serving approximately 450 students with a commitment to fostering academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and independence through Montessori-inspired education. Class sizes are intentionally capped at 28 students to ensure individualized attention and support. All teachers receive training in the Montessori philosophy, equipping them with the tools to cultivate nurturing, student-centered classroom environments. Requirements / Qualifications
Multiple Subject Teaching Credential- General Subjects Montessori teachers with the appropriate credential can enroll in a California credentialing program paid for by Bella Mente. Montessori Elementary I-II (AMS, AMI, MACTE credentials accepted)
