Job Summary
* Counseling Enriched Programs(CEP): School-based therapists assigned to the CEP programs work with a multidisciplinary classroom team to provide intensive therapeutic services to a small number of students, both as a pull-out individual and group counseling and as embedded therapeutic classroom support. Responsibilities also include working with parents and families to support student success in school, and communication with multiple outside agencies to align student therapeutic supports. CEP SBTs work as a member of the educational team to develop social-emotional present levels, progress tracking, and IEP social-emotional goal development.
Requirements / Qualifications
Masters Degree, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC California Drivers License Provide counseling for students with IEP goals via psychoeducation/roleplay/talk/art therapy. Participate in IEP meetings. Document student progress. Experience providing therapeutic services to children and teens required.
