Job Summary
Job Summary
Plans, organizes, and implements SIATech’s comprehensive human resources program including recruitment, selection, retention, onboarding, evaluation, classification of all certificated and classified employees, wage and salary administration, employee relations, health and wellness benefits, and worker’s compensation; serves as the principal advisor to the Superintendent/CEO regarding all employee matters.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related educational or human resources field preferred Minimum of 5 years of personnel management/administrative human resources experience in an educational setting Minimum of 5 years of educational leadership experience Charter school experience preferred Certifications and Licenses: Current Administrative Services Credential Human Resources Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.) preferred Tuberculosis (TB) risk assessment demonstrating that no risk factors have been identified or proof that a qualified professional has determined no TB following testing and examination. Please attach the following documents: Letter of Introduction Resume Credential Copy 3 Recent Recommendation Letters (from the last 2 years)
