The Secretary serves as a key administrative support role within CalAPS, managing and coordinating a range of clerical and programmatic functions to ensure the smooth operation of our educational pathways and partnerships. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency. The Secretary will assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, data entry, communication with partner districts, and support for dual enrollment, articulation, and career pathway tracking.
