RECRUITMENT AND SIGNING BONUS: The District is offering a recruitment bonus of up to $10,000 as follows: * $3,500 at the start of Year 1 (Year 1 payments require completion of at least 75% of the work year; otherwise, the first installment will be postponed to the next eligible vesting date) * $3,500 at the start of Year 2 * $3,000 at the start of Year 3 Each installment is contingent upon continued full-time employment through the September payroll of the applicable year. Bonus amounts are pro-rated by FTE, are not added to the salary schedule, are non-precedential, and are not creditable to CalSTRS unless CalSTRS determines otherwise. Employees who separate prior to an installment’s vesting date forfeit any unpaid amounts. APPLICATION INFORMATION: 1.
