Job Summary
Under minimal direction, accurately performs a variety of fiscal administrative tasks, including budget preparation, monitoring and reporting; and clearly communicates information to the Superintendent, Board, employees and public.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience, Education and Training · A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or education is required; this requirement may be waived if the individual has demonstrated successful previous experience in the area of school finance and administration. · Three years successful administrative experience (school district or county office experience highly desired) · Strong background and thorough knowledge of business and personnel practices, procedures, and legal considerations · Ability to develop, organize, administer, and evaluate the business services programs of the district Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Tb Test Clearance Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance If required to operate an automobile during the course of employment, must possess a valid Class 3 California Driver’s License with Evidence of Vehicle Insurance and Registration
