Materials - Online application through edjoin.org - Current valid California Physical Education teaching credential - Copy of unofficial transcripts (BA/BS degree; copies of front and back) - Verification of "Clearing House" fingerprints through Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE). If you have not completed the fingerprints through VCOE, please copy and paste this link to your browser to schedule an appointment: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7JJ95JS If you do not have a copy of your receipt please attach a Word document with the date you had your fingerprints taken for subbing, our office will verify your clearance with the date you provide. **Please note, this is NOT the same live scan as the Certificate of Clearance from CTC** - Tuberculosis (TB) test verification (no more than 4 years old) - Resume
