Classical Academy Middle School (CAMS) in Escondido, California, serves 350 students in grades 7 and 8 through a hybrid model that blends three days of in-person instruction with two days of home-based learning. The program offers engaging, standards-based instruction that develops critical thinking, self-direction, and strong character. CAMS strives to create a school culture that promotes school connectedness, positive relationships, and fun. Students enjoy a wide range of enrichment opportunities, including 25 electives, pep rallies, community service projects, and extracurricular activities such as athletics, performing arts, student leadership, STEM club, and yearbook.
