Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs clerical work on permanent student records, including posting, filing, retrieving, coping, micro-filming, typing, evaluating requests for records and eligibility for graduation, composing letters, leading clerical workers, meeting and dealing with the public, and performs other related duties as instructed.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience: High School graduate or equivalent. One year of clerical experience involving public contact. Any combination of training and experience to acquire the knowledge and abilities listed above. Preferred: Supplemental course work in modern office practices, procedures and computer software applications and operations. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Willing to work occasional overtime during the normal week, spring and winter breaks. Willing to travel within District for meetings, within Southern California for equipment seminar. Willing to attend equipment seminars, District Workshops
