Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Personnel Services/Director of Special Education or designee, the Occupational Therapist provides students with occupational therapy assessments and services: provides assessment(s), consultation of District staff and parents in identifying students for occupational therapy intervention and provide services according to Individualized Education Plans (IEP); assists in program development to incorporate occupational therapy strategies into classrooms; provides in-service to District staff; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Applicants must have appropriate licensing. $32,000 Sign-On Bonus (certain conditions apply) paid as follows: $4,000 with a signed contract; $7,000.00 at the successful conclusion of year one (1) with a positive evaluation; $8,000.00 at the successful conclusion of year two (2) with a positive evaluation; and $10,000.00 at the successful conclusion of year three (3) with a positive evaluation. $3,000.00 Moving Bonus (if the distance moved is greater than 75 miles from Upper Lake Unified School District - Payable upon moving). Qualified candidates will be contacted for immediate interviews.
