The Samueli Academy Substitute Teacher has the opportunity to supervise and support students in their classes by following the lessons left by the teacher. Candidates must possess the ability to supervise and care for students from 7th to 12th grade while maintaining a structured, safe and educational environmen
Requirements / Qualifications
- Valid 30-Day Substitute Teacher Permit or Valid California Teaching Credential required. -Prior experience working with middle/high school age children. -Must be a minimum of twenty-one years old. -If applicable, possess a valid California driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. Position requires DMV clearance. -Pre-employment screenings include criminal background check, FBI/DOJ fingerprinting, TB test, drug screen, and previous employment verification.
