Job Summary
The Professional Coach provides non-evaluative coaching to district superintendents in Santa Clara County, as assigned by the County Superintendent. The coach offers guidance, mentorship, and support to strengthen leadership skills, enhance decision-making, and promote organizational effectiveness, while maintaining a confidential and supportive relationship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Extensive experience as a school district superintendent or senior educational leader.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
