Are you passionate about high school athletics and skilled in organizing dynamic events and communications? The CIF San Diego Section is looking for an Events, Media & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this versatile role, you’ll play a critical part in executing championship events, driving media outreach, and supporting logistics that keep our organization running smoothly. Event Coordination * Plan and manage logistics for CIF events. * Handle inventory. * Support tournament sanctioning and sportsmanship/inclusion programs. * Serve as CIFSDS liaison. Media & Communications * Distribute seasonal bulletins and CIF updates. * Manage media credentials and distribution lists. * Coordinate event programs, presentations, and other print media. * Update and maintain CIF San Diego’s website and social media channels. * Ensure accurate distribution of rule books and official documentation. Administrative & Logistics Support * Prepare and distribute championship certificates and awards. * Coordinate mail and information sharing with member schools. * Procure and manage supplies and inventory. * Maintain CIF record books and historical data archives. * Collaborate with team members on projects and logistics.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree equivalent or higher recommended
