Job Summary
Job Summary
The EL Civics Coordinator will oversee the EL Civics Team. This person will also oversee the creation, implementation, and training of all EL Civics materials and assessment processes. They will ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting comply with CASAS, WIOA, school policies, and state requirements. This person will devise and execute instructional and assessment strategies that align with organizational goals and student objectives. Requirements / Qualifications
The position requires the following items to be attached to the application, or the application will not be considered: . Resume . Letter of Reference (2 Required) . Must hold a valid California teaching credential . Three to five years of experience as an ESL teacher . Two or more years leading a team in an educational setting within public or private schools . Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree is preferred) . Admin credential preferred . Three to five years of successful full-time teaching experience in education or related fields . Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build partnership . The position requires knowledge of the collection, analysis, interpretation, and utilization of data . Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions aligned with data analysis and in consultation with stakeholders . Strong writing and communication skills . Possession of a valid California driver’s license
