Will coordinate/support ongoing fundraising programs including the annual fund, annual giving week, capital campaigns, tuition assistance program and alumni giving programs. Will coordinate fundraising and donor relations events throughout the school year. Will also assist the Community Events Coordinator in the coordination and deployment of PTO and community-building events, as needed. Will assist in securing sponsorships for school events. Will manage the donor database and track/report donations and the status of fundraising efforts. You do not need to be Catholic to work at our school. However, it is a condition of employment that all employees conduct themselves in a manner that is compatible with and supportive of the teachings and mission of the Roman Catholic Church and the Diocese of Orange, including being respectful of the faith expressions of Catholicism. Other Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate donor and community relations events throughout the school year including the annual Memorial Mass, Grandparents Day, Fun Run, and the Donor Recognition Reception. • Provide support for PTO and community-building events, as needed, including providing assistance with event planning, helping with event logistics, and working at events. • Manage ongoing fundraising programs such as campus banners, reserved parking spaces, and the Business Directory. Manage memorial scholarship programs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2+ years of experience in fundraising and/or event planning. School experience preferred. • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft products and Google Mail/Calendar/Docs.
