Commitment: 2 days per week for practices (after school) 2 days per week for games (typically 4pm start) Most games are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays Additional weekend tournaments may be scheduled throughout the season Responsibilities: Plan and lead practices focused on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship Coach all scheduled games and tournaments Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration Promote a positive and supportive team culture Qualifications: Previous coaching or playing experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to model and promote good sportsmanship Must be able to commit to the full season schedule Previous coaching or playing experience preferred How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit required documents or any questions to: mrichards@durhamunified.org
