BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor or director, coordinates and supports all phases of planning and implementing services for assigned programs and/or special projects; performs technical duties in serving as a liaison between schools, districts and state agencies.

Ed-Join Application High School Diploma or High School Equivalent Certificate and three years of experience working with county and statewide programs/consortiums.
