Temporary Speech and Language Pathologist at Elite Academic Academy - Los Angeles
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Application Materials: To be considered, all items below must be submitted as part of a complete application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. - Letter of Introduction - Current Resume - Three Recent Letters of Recommendation ( At least one must be from your immediate supervisor) - Proof of Licensure - Submit a copy of your current license from the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board - License must be valid at the time of application and remain active throughout the assignment - Unofficial Transcripts- Include transcripts from all colleges and universities attended - Test Results (if applicable)
If selected for the position, the following will then be required: Social Security card, the applicant must hold and maintain a valid California Driver’s License, DOJ/FBI (fingerprint) clearance; and a current (within 60 days of date of hire) TB clearance; proof of automobile insurance; and full-time use of a dependable automobile that is insured pursuant to California regulations.
- Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech and Hearing (A valid, current, and appropriate CA Speech and Language Pathologist license from California Department of Consumer Affairs.)
- Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech and Hearing (Possess a Master's Degree as well as ASHA CCC Certification.)
