Job Summary

Under the supervision of the site administrator(s) and the direction of a certificated/licensed teacher this position provides directed learning experiences; attends to physical, emotional, intellectual, and therapeutic needs of the students; maintains suitable learning environment; prepares appropriate materials; performs other related duties as required. An employee in this class performs specific duties associated with the particular program in which assigned.

Ed-Join Application Letter of Introduction Resume 3 Letters of Recommendation (within the last year) High School Diploma or Equivalent Two years of college (48 units), or A.A. Degree, or Pass a Proficiency Test with 70% or better Must have six (6) units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD) 12 ECE Core Units Preferred

This is an 8 hour per day position. 1.0 FTE Experience working with preschool children, and children with disabilities is preferred.
