Serving approximately 800 students in grades 6–12, OSA thrives on the creativity and diversity of its students, families, and supporters. We are seeking a full-time Annual Fund Manager to lead the design, management, execution, and evaluation of OSA’s annual fund, donor stewardship program, and special events. This position plays a critical role in advancing the school’s mission by engaging parents, alumni, and community partners in philanthropy, building sustainable fundraising strategies, and strengthening donor relationships through innovative campaigns and high-impact events. Reporting to the Director of Advancement and Marketing, the Annual Fund Manager will collaborate with staff, faculty, parents, volunteers, and community members to drive fundraising success. The position also supervises the Database Administrator.
