Join Big Picture Educational Academy as a SPED Program Specialist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with disabilities! In this vital role, you'll serve as an advocate and coordinator, ensuring students with disabilities receive comprehensive support while collaborating with teachers, families, and community partners. Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Teaching or these related fields: Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Valid California Mild/Mod Education Specialist Credential PREFERRED: Master’s Degree or higher in Special Education/Education/Teaching or related field. KTEA Assessment Training and experience Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification Prior experience working with foster and/or at risk on educational planning and/or case management
