Under the supervision of the Director of School Safety and Student Supports, the PBIS Facilitator supports schools with the implementation and sustainability of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across all tiers. The role involves coaching, professional development, data analysis, and technical assistance to strengthen school climate, increase student engagement, and improve academic and behavioral outcomes. Collaboration with administrators, staff, families, and community partners is central to this position.
