This is a full-time assignment scheduled to work from January 5, 2026 - May 28, 2026. The VAPA Enrichment Teacher assigned to support VAPA Elementary Arts will teach elementary grades across two or more campuses, integrated media and visual arts. Examples of Duties: The VAPA Enrichment Teacher duties include but not limited to: Prepares lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles. Encourages pupils to work both collaboratively and independently to express original ideas and develop novel solutions to real world problems. Creates a classroom environment that is culturally inclusive, anti biased, anti racist, and conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social and emotional development of students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a Multiple Subject Credential with supplemental authorization to teach dance, music, theatre, or art (or willingness to obtain a Limited Assignment in dance, music, theatre, or art); or a Single Subject Credential in dance, music, theatre, or art (or willingness to obtain a Limited Assignment in dance, music, theatre, or art) in California or an equivalent out-of-state teaching credential.
